Endacopia Misery Town Walkthrough: Hands, Clowns & Trapezist

Misery Town is the carnival cage of the Ferris wheel: clowns, jesters, mimes and a very unhappy workforce. Its boss is the Trapezist; its prize is Mellow’s hands, which you need before he can fight properly anywhere else.

Layout

Lobby with the Red Jester’s ticket booth → the whack-a-clown tent → the porta-potty (Boone), the clown cinema (the dead clowns’ films), the Patient, Boon’s bingo game → the mime room (hands) → the train ride → the main attraction where the Trapezist waits. A saloon door hides the Cowboy (optional boss: beat him for the Skateboard).

Step 1 — Get the hands

Go into the mime tent. Mellow’s hands are here; picking them up lets him block and punch. (Without hands, several characters will kill him on contact — the wizard cat Benjamin, for instance.)

Step 2 — The dead-clown puzzle (Scalpel)

An old clown toy asks: “What type of clowns can’t tell jokes anymore?” Watch the films in the clown cinema: each film has a coloured seat matching one clown on the whack-a-clown toy, and only some of the clowns actually die.

  • Hit Yellow, Pink, Purple and Red (the ones whose films end in death).
  • Leave Green, Orange and both blue clowns alone — they are injured or survive.
  • Reading the toy left-to-right, top-to-bottom, the pattern is alive, dead, dead, alive, dead, alive, dead, alive.

Reward: the Scalpel. Besides the next step, it is the tool that skips the Trapezist fight entirely.

Step 3 — The missing bingo ball (Operation)

Boone’s bingo game cannot be finished because a red ball is missing. The Patient nearby asks for something sharp: use the Scalpel (not a saw) on him and an Operation-style mini-game starts. Guide the tip of the blade through several winding channels without touching the walls — slow, small movements; touching a wall restarts the current channel. The red ball is at the end.

Insert the ball into the bingo board and line up five in a row.

Step 4 — Boon and Boone

  • Boon (“the perfect blue buffoon”) runs the game. Talk to him at least once — he insults Mellow, but listen: his insecurity changes every playthrough (his age, smell, voice…). After the bingo you learn it.
  • Boone, his red brother, brags outside the circus about having the toughest skin in town. Insult him with Boon’s insecurity and he breaks down — you win the cat plushie. (This is the answer to “how do I make the blue fat guy cry”.)

Step 5 — The Red Jester and the microphone

The Red Jester (Ticketo) blocks the booth microphone. Give the cat plushie to the Pierrot (Ticketa) at the train booth; she asks you to deliver it to the Jester as a gift from her. He agrees to go meet her for a sandwich, leaving the microphone free. Use it to call the crowd into the big top.

Step 6 — The circus routine and the Trapezist

To reach the Trapezist’s tightrope Mellow performs:

  1. Tightrope — press W / A / D as prompted.
  2. Ball balance — alternate A / D to the hoop.
  3. Hoop jump — mash W, land on the trampoline.
  4. High jump — press Space at the top of the meter, land on the unicycle.
  5. Unicycle — alternate W / S to the cannon.

Then either talk to her and fight (strategy), or use the Scalpel on a rope holding her platform for the Cut The Act skip.

The Misery Town secret (Ending C)

Do this before the Trapezist: in the projector tent, use the Metal Detector (from Timesville) on the sand to find a remote; it projects a path inside the mime tent. Follow it to a dark whack-a-clown room, go up-left to gain a halo, then down into the clown grave and operate the four comatose clowns. The fourth puzzle needs windowed mode (Alt+Enter) so you can move the cursor out of the window and back in on the opposite side. A woman’s message about “4 lives, 4 batteries” and a jumpscare confirm the secret. Full details: Ending C.

Optional

  • The Cowboy (saloon): a quick-draw duel; winning gives the Skateboard (faster walking, cool glasses).
  • The Clown Crawler (inside the clowns’ head area): a reanimated magician, one of the mini-bosses.
  • Benjamin the wizard cat: touching him with hands starts a fireball fight; without hands he kills Mellow outright.
  • Chatting with the three-headed juggler, the bird in an orange and the other background oddities — pure flavour.
