Henry (Endacopia): Who He Is, His Codes & How to Beat Him
Henry is the first thing in Endacopia that can kill Mellow and the last thing that tries.
Who he is
A hunchbacked yellow lizard wrapped in burlap, black glasses, pale red eyes, three gold teeth, tusks, a few strands of hair and a very long tail. He disciplines “misbehaviour” with a mallet, collects figurines with names, watches TV, takes showers, and eats — judging by the fridge — mostly cheese. He kidnapped Tip from his mother’s yard and, per the Surgeon, simply found Mellow: an abandoned surface house, “finders keepers”, and a self-declared guardian who believes nobody up top cares about the boy.
The Surgeon’s verdict: “the self-proclaimed guardian of his house… his habitat is the desert, but eventually found shelter here.”
Prologue: the kitchen
He walks the kitchen while you go for the cheese. Hide in a cabinet or behind the tipped-over stove when he comes; getting caught is a game over (restart the screen). The vent tentacle after the kitchen is not Henry — mash A.
House II: the disk and the file
Fall through the mirror-route trapdoor (or beat RODGER) and you land in front of Henry watching TV. Ask about the figurines → he hands over his floppy disk. On the PC, log in as Henry: PASSWORDS.TXT lists a dozen codes; the one you need is SOW box: 471 — the attic saw box. Full list on passwords & codes.
Ending A: the fight
Take the toy saw → Chapter III → the “Don’t go in” door. Henry cannot be damaged. Block his mallet — it comes down where your cursor is (left/centre/right) — and watch for the bite lunge, centre first then the sides. Later he layers two or three attacks. Holding block drains stamina instantly, so tap blocks with timing. The only way to win: when God’s uvula appears on a side, make Henry swing there — five hits and he’s done. Then switch off the light for Escape.
Trivia
- He addresses the player directly — he may know he’s in a game.
- There’s a photo on the PC of him smiling with Mellow; Mellow is the only resident with his own room and a separate computer account.
