What Hairold Is

Hairold is not a resident of the house or any town — he is the star of “Dress Up Your Hairold”, a program installed on Henry’s PC. It is a loving parody of late-2000s flash dress-up games: 28 pieces of clothing, from a police hat to a parrot, while Hairold fires off out-of-touch one-liners.

Where He Comes From

Hairold predates Endacopia: he is from Little Adventure in Fantasy Land, an earlier Andyland (the developer’s) project. His cameo is one of several self-references the dev tucked into Henry’s computer alongside the PASSWORDS.TXT file and the “aaaa” backer boss file.

Does It Matter?

No — it is pure flavour. No achievement, ending or secret requires dressing Hairold (mini-games list covers everything that does count). But the PC it lives on is very much worth reading in full: see secrets for what else is on there.
